promise to you, when you subscribe
to the Times Observer:
The
Times Observer
will deliver a dry and undamaged copy of the Times Observer
in a reasonably convenient place to the subscriber.
We will make every
effort, under normal conditions, to provide delivery no later
than 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on Sundays and holidays.
A
special
delivery will be made to any subscribers who did not receive
a paper.
